A recent marsh dig with some friends turned up a Caproni Bros. & Co. Providence, RI quart size crown top. This is the first quart I've seen with the embossing in a slugplate, so I was pretty excited! My friend isn't very into crown tops so he generously gifted it to me.
A recent call to look at some sodas was almost a dud. I did find a new Puritan Bottling Co. Providence, RI variant to add to the family.
A marsh dig turned up an Orme Carbonating Co. Providence, RI in clear. The listed colors are aqua and green so this makes a color trio!
Another find from the dig was a United States Bottling Co. Providence, RI crown top. Most of the machine made ones abbreviate United States as US so this was a nice variant.
