A common Sherba Beverage Co. West Barrington, RI quart caught my attention because of the color, aqua! I dug it sadly broken in place. I've seen at least two dozen in clear so hopefully I can upgrade this one I pieced back together.
A friend gave me a box of common sodas including a The Edw. Smith Co. Pawtucket, RI. While there are a bunch of variants, this particular one is unlisted in clear.
I went to see a collection in CT recently and was excited to discover that many of the bottles were from an old RI estate cleanout! The biggest standout was a D. Miller & Co. Square Deal Premium Wines & Liquor Prov. RI. A giant square quart is an unlisted shape and size!
The single RI blob turned out to be one I've been chasing for a while! A Caproni Bros. & Co. Prov. RI script slugplate blob. This is definitely one of the rarest of the Caproni bottles.
Another rare common bottle variant was a George A. Peckham Grocers Supplies Providence, RI with a disc neck.
